Gaharu Jungle Journey

The Agarwood or Gaharu Tree (also known as wood of the Gods) produces the raw material for Insence, Perfumes and even alternative medicine. This clip shows a Agarwood Rainforest project in Pahang State, Malaysia.
The trees mature in 7 years and the cut down trees are replaced by new trees in most Sustainable ways.

These projects are of great importance for poverty eradication in the region and is a growing business.
Allthough it is hard work , I found the mostly Chinese & Bangladeshi employees there happy both being payed & treated excellent by their employer.
I enjoyed the company of the manager of the project my good friend Joseph Teh Kim Chor & his employees (not only seeing them work but also socialising during meals & entertainment.
Allthough I hardly speak Chinese and No Bangladeshi the communication was always happy & pleasant.

Joseph Teh Kim Chor is inventor of several formulas (in fairtrade style & workingconditions) varying from Supporting many smallscale Chinese/Indian farmers in Malaysian Cameron Highlands supplying & educating them with his own invented formulas in Bio Organic growing methods , some other rainforest projects in other countries in the region. And goatfarming aswell.
More clips will follow of higher quality since this is one of our first clips made. It will show the progress made and various other forms of revolutionary chances being made.
